    Sealed, but apparently never used, vintage merchandise envelope with printed return address of Vulcan Machine & Manufacturing Co., Mahanoy City, Pennsylvania.
    Mahanoy City is in the anthracite coal region of Schuylkill County, and it is likely that the company made mine equipment, but I don't know that for sure.
