These are Tredstep half chaps, the model is called Galway Gaiter. They’re made in Ireland and of excellent quality. They are a calf size 14 with a length of 17”. They have a back zipper with a stretch panel on both sides and atop snap. They show light use with no scraped or cracked areas and the zippers are in great working condition.
