The 1979 "Scouting Through the Eyes of Norman Rockwell" First Day Cover (FDC) collection issued by Liberia in 1979. All 50 covers are here in completely new condition, all in their plastic pages inside the album.
Liberia in 1979 issued a set of 50 of the famous annual Boy Scout calendar paintings of Norman Rockwell.  Each stamp was affixed to a special official government First Day Cover in a limited set of 20,000.
