Scooter Moped Mirror Mount Kits

These were found in an old scooter store, the bag says they are scooter mirror mount kits. The bolt threaded into the top has 5/16" threads, not really sure how they are supposed to work. He was trying to get .95 a piece for them, I want a lot less for all of them.
I do not have a long list of harsh rules, just good, honest ebay selling. I do combine shipping. Please ask any questions, I will answer them all. I pack carefully and ship fast.
