Product Description
The PowerARC 160STH offers a balanced welding package, with both Stick and DC TIG capability. As a 160 amp stick welder, the welder is light and portable, ideal for making repairs and doing daily welding chores around the shop. The IGBT inverter design of the PowerARC 160STH provides a smooth stable arc, with auto adaptive Hot Start, and auto adaptive arc force control which is perfect for welding with 1/8" electrodes and offers excellent performance with E6011, E6013, E7014, E7018, and even E7024. If it's needed, the PowerARC 160STH provides excellent basic DC TIG capability. The unit features both built in gas solenoid for automatic gas flow control, and a remote connection for the torch switch and optional foot pedal. The unit offers reliable High Frequency start , and lift TIG arc start function when HF is not ideal or not permitted. Dual Voltage capability allows the unit to be used virtually anywhere an power outlet is present adding to the versatility and practicality of this Stick/TIG welder.

NOTES
Product Notes:
1) Use only with generators that are certified as clean power (10% total harmonic distortion) by the generator manufacturer. Use with at least 3500 watt generator for 120V use, and a 6500 watt generator for 240V use. Damage to units caused by underrated, or "dirty" power generators is not covered under warranty. 2) This unit is DC output only. It is not designed to weld Aluminum in TIG mode. In stick mode, it can be used to weld aluminum with special flux covered electrodes designed for aluminum welding.

Weld with a maximum of 1/8" diameter electrode

Returns
For returns, contact must be made within72 hours of delivery so an RMA number is issued. If there is damage, we can help file a damage claim immediately.
DOA items: In the event you receive a non working unit , we will exchange it free of charge.
Items returned must be in an GOOD condition. We will inspect all returns before accepting the package. We will not accept packages that have missing parts, damages, and packages that have not been approved for return by our initial contact or packages missing an RMA number. These packages will be refused and sent back to YOU at your cost.

1- We have an onsite professional shipping and packaging department and adhere to all shipping guidelines.
2- We will try to ship orders as soon as possible after payment approval unless otherwise stated in description. NOTE: Since there are many ways we offer our products, on rare occasions there is a chance an item may go out of stock that we have listed and sold on eBay. We will do our best to expedite backordered items as soon as possible.
3- Please provide a physical address. We will not ship to a PO Box.
4- Shipping charges are for the (48) Continental United States only.
