Condition:  The handbook is a new high-resolution direct print of a Marion office file. No scanning that deters quality. The pages are direct from an inter-office notebook (see photos)
Quality: The direct-copy print pages have no degrading as they are created from a high-resolution machine. I preferred to create duplicates to share with collectors, rather than auctioning off a single handbook.
