What will be shipped to you is a BRAND NEW crystallized purse in perfect, never used condition. Within a day of receiving the bag, open the package it arrived in, please examine the bag. If you find it damaged in transit, please take very detailed photos of the purse with the damage as well as taking photos of the packaging and all the contents. To file an insurance claim with the Carrier, we would need everything returned to us- the actual item, all the packaging, the wrapping and the original shipping label.
