An absolutely magnificent monumental approximately 50 Carat natural mined Aquamarine Brooch in silver with dramatic Mid-Century Modern design with an accent pearl. The brooch is a testament to the stunning design of the Retro Mid-Century period. The monumental aquamarine is of the most gorgeous color. It is cut and polished in a natural Forme Livre design made famous by the Brazilian jewelry designer Burle Marx. The aquamarine is 27mm (1 inch) by 22mm by 16mm deep. The wonderful gem is an absolute classic. A perfect piece of wearable art! The brooch is 1 5/8 inches (42mm) by 1 1/2inches (38mm) by 7/8 inches deep. The brooch is silver. We have left the original patina intact. It could be polished if desired. The brooch is not marked. The pearl is 6mm. The brooch weighs 24.5 grams.
