These are clear colored octagon vintage glass rhinestones with a gold foil back in a brass setting.
Size 10mm x 8mm glass stones in brass settings from
Czechoslovakia.
Approximately 3/8"
Back in the days before Cartier, Harry Winston and Tiffany with his light catching setting design;   diamonds, emeralds, sapphires and rubies were cut and set so that they did not have the sharp sparkle of today.
They did have sparkle, but also a bit of a glow.
These have a nice sparkle and a bit of a glow that makes them look vintage.
And yes, they truly are vintage glass rhinestones.

These were made to be soldered or glued,
we like to use E-6000 glue for most of our projects.
