I can personally arrange shipping to within approximately 400 miles for cost of fuel and a hitch trailer rental. This area is roughly south to Atlanta, north to Philadelphia, and west to Knoxville.  Further than that we can use eBay's uShip which runs anywhere from 0 to 0 depending on where in USA buyer is located. uShip is fully insured.

1968 Triumph Bonneville – Fully Restored and running (video available of it running in September 2022). All OEM parts were used when replaced.
The bike was fully restored by me and fellow professionals in 2010. The next year (2011) the bike won the Triumph RAT bike of the year award (

I am only the second owner of this bike.

This bike is the best year and the best color (in my opinion!) of any Bonneville.
This bike runs strong.
It does not need any work.
It is good to go.
It is not a “just needs a tune up” or “its fully restored but I never ride it” type bike.
This is the real thing.
A concours winner that actually runs!
After I restored the bike, I have probably put no more than 400 miles on the bike.
Bike has 17,149 miles currently.
Usually each year I will change the oils, kick it over and maybe take it around the neighborhood.
It has spent most of its time wrapped up in the back of my garage.
Many many hours have been spent restoring this bike and a small fortune in money.
My loss = your gain!

Matching engine and frame numbers: T120R DU 84123 (Yes: the engine and frame are the matching pair that left England back in 1968!).  Please see photos for Engine and Frame Number composite picture.

The engine has been fully overhauled by a Triumph legend: Beno Rodi of Atlanta, Georgia.
Beno took the engine apart and replaced all serviceable parts including bearings, sludge trap and crank screw.
Beno also refurbished the cylinder head.

New bearings and seals were installed throughout the bike including engine, gearbox, frame and wheels.
·
Swing arm bushes have been replaced.
·
Fork parts have all been replaced including progressive springs.
·
New Hagon rear shocks have been fitted.
·
Oil pump was replaced.
·
New pistons and rings installed and cylinder re-bored.
·
A new original exhaust system was installed.
·
The carburetors are new Amal 930s. All the cables and fittings, cover sleeves and washable intake filters for the carbs are new. In addition, all controls on the handlebars are new including electrics.

New Reynolds chain and new sprockets installed
·
A complete new clutch was installed
·
New wheel rims and spokes were installed from Buchanan.
·
The frame was powder coated and all the black sheet metal parts.
·
New brake pads installed.
·
New seat cover installed.
·
All CEI fasteners were replaced with stainless steel versions from England and all other non-CEI fasteners that could be converted to stainless steel imperial versions were.

The fuel tank and side panels were professionally painted in the correct 1968 colors.
·
The inside of the tank has been carefully treated with POR 15 protection system. New knee pads, petcocks and new fuel lines and clamps were installed.

All transfers (decals) were applied
·
The electrical system is upgraded with single point ground using a new wiring harness.
·
New SPARX 3-Phase charging system installed: Stator, Rotor, Regulator/Rectifier
·
New SPARX Ignition system installed including 5k plug caps, ignition wires, plugs etc.
·
If I have not mentioned something in the above list then the part is probably original (e.g. speedo, tachometer, headlight, taillight etc.)
·
Tires look new and have 99% tread but really should be replaced due to age (I would have replaced them but expect new owner would like to do this)
·
All oils (engine, gearbox, primary, fork) have been properly drained and replaced with correct Castrol versions in August 2022.
In addition to all this, I will throw a box of spare parts, a timing gun, and maintenance DVDs from Lowbrow Customs.
How can you go wrong?!

Title transfer will occur when the Buyer wires complete funds to my bank. Buyer will also be responsible for the pickup and shipping of this motorcycle at his or her own expense. I cannot store the bike indefinitely.
I can help load the bike and help arrange pickup of the bike.

I can guarantee this bike will start up and run when the buyer picks up the bike.
I’d also be happy to do a live video chat showing the bike start up and ride it to the end of the street, after buyer has paid deposit.
